In her captivating presentation on emotional intelligence, Mrs. Atanga emphasized the critical importance for managers and leaders to develop this skill within their institutions. She highlighted the personal implications for each manager in interactions with their teams, defining emotional intelligence as the ability to perceive, understand, manage, and effectively use one's own emotions as well as those of others.
